Danielle Villicana is an American artist, art dealer, collector, and speaker. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VILLICANA gallery and Founder and Artistic Director of VI DA Studios and Via Cavour 85, an experimental space for contemporary art in the magnificent historical center of Arezzo, Tuscany Italy.

 

Danielle is also the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of PARADISE FOR ARTISTS INC, an international nonprofit organization, headquartered in Pasadena, California, and dedicated to the artist, architect, and biographer Giorgio Vasari and contemporary artists. 

 

Born in San Francisco and raised in Pasadena and Laguna Beach, Danielle earned a B.A. in Art History and the Visual Arts from Occidental College in Los Angeles in 1994 and a Diploma in Painting from the Academy of Fine Arts (Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma) in Rome in 2006. Danielle has been actively promoting contemporary art and culture since 2010, organizing over one hundred exhibitions and cultural events of Italian and American art and creating numerous catalogs and publications, all of which may be purchased online on the Amazon and Blurb. 

 

VI DA Studios opened in Florence on December 12, 2023, and a second location opened in Arezzo in April 2024, dedicated to contemporary artists and Giorgio Vasari. ​
